Site Visit by Secretary,CRDES to Virat Nagar,Rajastan,Haridwaar and Dehradun













































The pictures of the JODHAWASA Banjara community Hamlet, where the Asha for Education supported their school up last year. Now the make shift hut damaged can be seen in the picture. The first two pictures are from the BHILWADI banjara hamlet, where the Bal Ashram people BMG group started expecting the Asha funds and closed in the last year due to lack of funds.


Swecretary visited these two hamlets on the advise of Sri.Kandikonda Ravi, Asha co ordinator ,Dallas branch, to find out the ground realities. The Jodhawas community expressed their thanks to Asha people for providing school and bore well and requested to re start the school, in the intrest of their children.Similar condition and requests from the Bhilwadi community also. The BMG grous of Bal Ashram supported these hamlet community by providing the hut numbers,ration cards and power supply through near panchats. At Bhilwadi the near by panchayat provided Bore well also. Secretary recommended financial assistance to these community by Asha in the interest of banjara children.


Next two days secretary visited the BMG supported villages and seen the Bal Panchayats at schools. Interacted with the villagfe people and teachers of the school and known the effects of Bal Panchayats. It is understood that BMG groups are existing at 25 villages and they are already identified some 100 villages.


Before visiting Balashram,Viratnagar, Rajastan on 5th 8th July 2011, he visited Haridwar and met the Rural Development of Baba Ramdev Ashram and met other NGOs and discussed. On 2rd and 3rd he attended the two days conference of NGS at Dehradun.
