Swami Vivekananda Study Circle conducted One day Work Shop for Engineering Colleger Students at Ordnance Factory Estate, Yeddumailaram,Medak District On Eco Friendly Technology on 31-3-2011sponsored by APPCB.
Sri.VK Panda,General Manager of OFPMInagurated the Workshop and explained the details of the eco friendly technology.Professsor.UB Desai,Director,IIT Hyderabad, explained the need of the technology. Dr.Kishan Rao, Environmentalist, explained the effects of Industrial Pollution at Patancheru area and advised to the students to study the existing conditions and suggest the remedial actions.Sri.Ramireddy of AP-Jenco explained Genco projects and the usage of latest techlogy to minimise the pollution from their projects. Dr.Jayakumar, Asst Professor, Gitam University explained various types of technologies and explained the solid waste management for maintaining the less pollution. Sri BV Ramanamurthy,MD,Enviro.Tech, explained the effulant plant and asked the students to visit their plant and see how they are trying to minimise the pollution.Sri.Veeranna, Scientific Officer of APPCB explained the existing pollution control laws and its implementation by then before and after sanctioning the permission to the industries.
There are nearly 250 students and 50 of factorty employees and the local school headmasters.
Sri.A.Subramanyam,ex-GM of OCFA ,Sri.Krishana murthy of AP Genco and other participated.The Work is conducted by Sri.M.S.Hari and N.Ramakrishana of SVSC.

Last year IITH programme

Last year CRDES conducted a leacture on Industrial Pollution and the condition at patancheru. Dr.Kishan rao and Sri.B.S.Rao, rtired Scientist from DRDO spoken on this subject. The Chairman of CRDES Sri.Rama Rao, and the Secretary, Sri.M.S.HARI and other members of the OFPM factory attended.

Farmers Meet at Gangaram village

On 11-02-2011, farmers Meeting was conducted, and the Voce President and the general secretary attended.Sro.Sivaprasad rao of retired labour commissioner participated. The Local CRDES Secretary and the President explained the progress and the village dta collection etc., submitted.

The President informed that last year the ZZPHS obtained 94% due to his and teachers efforts by giving Tution after working hours. This year also they are trying their best.

NSS ACTIVITIES WITH THE HELP OF CRDES

The IITHyderabad ,Student Coordinator informed that they will, take the help of CRDES for their NSS actities. Last year also CRDES taken the IITH students to the Village ZPHSchools to teach computors,english and science subjects to the 10th class students of Indrakaran,Yeddumilaram and ODF Estate of Sangareddy Mandal of Medak District.AP. This year the Secretary, CRDES met the Director,IITH on on 31-1-2011 along with their officials. This year the IITH authorities decided to take the Help of CRDES for their NSS activities.On 5th Feb'2011, the CRDES reps along with the NSS and Student coordinator visited the Schools at Indrakaran,Cheriyal and Yeddumilaram village ZPHSchools and discussed with the respective Head Masters and the concerned Teachers. They decided to take classes on every sturday after noon from 15.00 to 17.00hrs, and sundays also if required. They are planning to conduct village youth meets and students meets in future.
